ADMISSION NOTICE.
   

Registration for admission to Class-XI (Science) would be made from 10 June, 2011 to 23 June, 2011 from 9-00 A.M. to 11-30 A.M.  on working days. After accommodating all the eligible students of this Vidyalaya in the Science stream on or before 21 June, 2011 (fees may be deposited in the Office) and thereafter other KVs, fresh admission for remaining vacancies would be made in order of merit in the sequence of categories of priority on the basis of the board results of class-X.
The cut off marks for admissions in Science Stream would be as under:-

  1. Science with Maths.

A miminum of C1 GRADE in Maths.
A minimum of C1 GRADE in Science and minimum of 6.0 CGPA.
Science GP + Maths GP = 6.5
    b)  Science without Maths.
        Science without maths-May be allowed if the student has secured C1
         GRADE in Science with at least 6.0 CGPA.
Following concessions will be allowed for admission to Science stream.

  1. Students belonging to SC/ST would be given upgradation by one grade in two subjects wherever required. CGPA may be enhanced by 0.4 for the purpose of admission to class XI Science Stream.
  2. The concession will be granted to students for admission who participated in Games & Sports meet/Scouting & Guiding/NCC/Adventure activities at various levels at least (National/Rajpurshakar) as per admission guidelines of   KVS. The Certificate needed for this purpose can be of any preceding years.
  3. Application form is free of cost.
  4. Last date of submission of application form 23 June 2011 by 11-30 A.M.(other Students)

The required documents are :-

    1. Attested Xerox copy of 10th Marksheet.
    2. Attested Xerox copy of Caste Certificate, If applicable.
    3. Residence proof.
    4. Migration Certificate (other than CBSE Board).

Admission of the provisionally selected students will be carried out from 27-6-2011 to 07-7-2011 at 9-00 A.M TO 12-30 p.m. At the time of admission candidates will submit the following documents for verification and record.Candidates, those who have passed from the Board other than CBSE are to submit the transfer certificate duly counter signed by the competent educational authority along with the migration certificate.Selected candidates are requested to deposit the fee at the time of admission as details given below. Candidates who belong to SC/ST category are exempted from Tuition fee only as per KVS norms. Single girl child will be exempted from fees as per rules on production on court affidavit. Candidates presence is essential at the time of admission. Classes will start from 04-07-2011 (07.30 AM to 01-40 PM).
